Make a delicious Buttercream with this mixture of FunCakes for your cakes. This cream is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. Sie müssen dieser Mischung nur Wasser und Butter gegengen, damit Buttercreme den östlichsten buttercreme-zuckerguss ergott.
Inhaltsstoffe / Ingredients
Zucker, modifizierte Stärke, Molkepulver (MILCH), Dextrose (WEIZEN), Glucose syrup (getrocknet), Gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, E401, Emulsifier: E435, Salt, Thickening agent: E415, Flavor (MILCH). Kann Spuren von: EI, SOJA und LUPINE enthalten.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Zubereitung: The ingredients must have room temperature. Für eine Portion: geben 125 ml Wasser zu 125 g der Mischung und mit einem Schneebesen schlagen. Lassen Sie die Mischung dann mindesdens eine Stunde bei Roomparte ruhen. 150 g ungesalzene (Sahne-) Butter approx. 5 minute encore creamy. Fügen Sie einen Teil der Mischung zur Butter hinzu und schlagen Sie, bis die Mischung fully absorbed ist, before adding the next part. As soon as die gesamet Mischung hinzugefügung wurde, zu einer smoothen Buttercreme schlagen (ca. 10 Minuten). A Portion of Buttercream is enough, um einen 20-cm-Kuchen zu füllen und zu bedecken oder um ca. 12 Cupcakes.
