Inhaltsstoffe / Ingredients
Zucker, Glucose syrup (getrocknet), Freiland-EIWEIß (getrocknet), Säure: E330. Kann Spuren von: GLUTEN, MILCH, SOY und LUPINE enthalten.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Zubereitung: Fügen Sie 55 ml Wasser per 450 g gesiebter Mischung für Royal Icing mit einer steifen Konsistenz hinzu. Mischen Sie die Glasur für ca. 7-10 Minuten bei nieger Geschwindigkeit zu einem steifen, weißen Zuckerguss. Das Sahnehäubchen ist fertig, wenn es hellweiß ist, seinen Glanz verloren hat und Sie Spitzen ziehen können, die nicht zurückfallen. Wenn Sie einen Handmixer verwenden, achten Sie darauf, dass er nicht blockiert! Tip: Fügen Sie 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of Zuckerglasur for medium consistency or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
