Suma Break Up D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for cleaning very dirty surfaces in the kitchen.

Basic properties Suma Break Up D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent, intended for the manual degreasing of all very dirty surfaces in kitchens, such as floors, equipment, stove hoods.

It is an optimal mixture of non-ionic and anionic surfactants, for good wetting of surfaces, and alkaline and sequestering agents, for the efficient removal of all types of fats and dry food residues from surfaces.

The product is formulated in such a way that it can be used on aluminum surfaces, without the risk of corrosion.

Suma Break Up D3.5 is particularly suitable for cleaning floors, either manually, with a mop system, or with low-pressure spray equipment.

Instructions for use Degreaser Amount compatible with aluminum:

The recommended concentration of Suma Break Up D3.5 varies between 10-30 ml/L of hot water, depending on the degree of dirt and application.

For controlled dosing, the product can be used through Diversey's QFM system.

General cleaning method:

1. Apply the solution (10-20ml/L) to the surface to be cleaned using a cloth, a pad or a low-pressure spray equipment.

2. Clean with a cloth or a brush.

3. Rinse with warm water and let it dry.

Floor cleaning:

Application with the mop:

1. Dilute the product (10-30 ml/L) in warm water.

2. Apply the solution with a mop.

3. Remove the dirt with the help of the mop.

4. Rinse with water and let it dry.

Cleaning with a scraper and a water vacuum cleaner:

1. Dilute the product (10-30 ml/L) in warm water.

2. Apply the solution with a brush or low-pressure spray equipment and rub.

3. Remove residues with a squeegee or by vacuuming.

4. Rinse with water and remove the residues again with a squeegee or by vacuuming.

Cleaning by soaking:

1. Immerse in a solution of 10-20 ml of product/liter of warm water.

2. Rub and clean with a brush to remove heavy deposits.

3. Rinse with water and let it dry.

Cleaning the fryers:

1. Drain the oil and close the valve.

2. Fill with water until close to the oil level.

3. Add 1L of Suma Break Up D3.5 to 10L of water (10% w/w). Check the oil capacity for the fill level.

4. Turn on the fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 60 minutes.

5. After cooling and draining, rub the residues left on the side walls and heating elements with a sponge or a brush.

6. Rinse twice with clean, hot water, let it dry.
