Our organic blackcurrant powder is made from 100% whole fruit, so it contains the pulp, seeds and skin of the dried fruit. POWERFUL WHOLE BERRY POWDER: Our organic black currant powder is rich in antioxidants (ORAC = 1021 μmol TE/100 g).

Note: Because the powder is made from whole organic blackcurrants, the powder (similar to fresh blackcurrants and unlike blackcurrant juice powder) does not dissolve in water.
