Hibiscus flowers, flavors, raspberry fruit 9%, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylancium) 9%, black pepper fruit 9%, blackberry leaf (Rubus suavissimus), apple fruit, licorice root 5%. Contains licorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
Instructions for use
Steep 1 tea bag in 200ml of hot water (95°C) for 3-5 minutes.
