CRUNCHY
Freeze-dried blueberries are dehydrated so that the compressed berries have a crunchy texture and are slightly crunchy when chewed.
VITAMIN BOMB
Blueberries are considered a real vitamin bomb and were already valued as a source of energy in ancient Rome. The freeze-dried form has even more vitamins and minerals per 100g, as they are lighter.
USE
Crunchy beans are suitable as a vitamin snack (also for children), as an addition to muesli bowls, for porridge and fruit salads and even make a nice figure in fruit quark.
