Product description

An organic, finely ground, unsweetened basic porridge made from whole grain flakes and a blend of tiger nuts and ground bourbon vanilla. For hot and cold preparation.

Whole Oat Flakes 64%, DINKEL Whole Cereal Flakes 18%, Puffed Rice, Crushed Brown Flax Seeds, Ground Tiger Nuts 2%, Shelled & Chopped Almonds 2%, Puffed Amaranth 2%, Roasted & Chopped HAZELNUTS 1% Bourbon Vanilla (from Organic Farming).
May contain traces of other nuts, milk, soy and sesame.

Instructions for use

Cold: Pour a little less than double the amount of cold liquid over the porridge and let it rise for 5-8 minutes. Refine with nuts or fresh fruit, as desired.
Hot: Depending on how thick you want the porridge to be, add about twice as much hot liquid (milk, soy drink or water) and mix well. Allow to rise for 3-5 minutes and enjoy warm.
