Product description
An absolute classic! The mixture as a base for the "mother of all sandwiches". Spelled and pumpkin seeds - that's all you need. Goes well with any cheese or sausage. Between, always and everywhere. Did you know that? Pumpkin seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, magnesium, plant sterols, selenium, vitamin E and zinc! Their antioxidant effect strengthens the body's defenses and fights against free radicals. This baking mix has it all! This bread baking mix makes approx. 825g of bread and can be kept unopened for at least 10 months! 100% natural!
Baking instructions: Dissolve 3/4 cube (approx. 30 g) of fresh yeast in 400 ml of warm water, add the dough and mix well. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm). For better baking results, let rise at room temperature for approx. 20 minutes. Bake in the unheated oven at 180° with top/bottom heating for 60 minutes. (Baking times are approximate).
