With this universal slicer, the food to be sliced, be it bread, sausage, cheese, fruit or vegetables, is guided with the left hand. This is not only - but especially for lefties - an advantage. In addition, a robust design that has been tried and tested over many years gives this universal metal slicer stability and strength.

• Is it possible to sharpen the slicer blade? No, it is not possible to resharpen or sharpen the blades. The surface of the blades is hardened, regrinding or sharpening wears down the hardened surface and the blade dulls faster.
  
• Is it possible to replace the blade of the multi-function slicer? Yes, you can remove and replace all the blades of our multi-function slicers yourself. Depending on the model, our machines have different blade locks.
  
• Can I remove the blade for cleaning? Each of the blades can be removed for easier and more thorough cleaning. You can read how to open which lock under "Can I replace the slicer blade?"
  
• Do I still need to assemble the slicer after purchase? Some of our slicers also require the assembly or insertion of a few components, such as the food cart or food collection tray.
