Recipe idea: Plum and poppy seed buns

• A yeast dough is made from wheat flour, poppy seed mixture, sugar, butter, milk, dry yeast, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
  
• Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  
• The dough is then spread into a rectangle on a work surface sprinkled with flour.
  
• Spread first with the poppy seed mixture and then with the plum jam.
  
• Cut strips approx. 5 cm and roll the dough into snails.
  
• Place the swirls in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  
• Activate the baking program for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
  
• Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
