RUF Brookies combine the best of cakes and cookies: the base is a delicious and moist chocolate cake in the classic brownie style. The topping is a crunchy cookie dough with extra chocolate chips that melt easily during baking.
RUF Brookies can be prepared in a very short time, require only a few ingredients and even the brownie baking tin is included in the package. This makes them perfect for any occasion, be it a birthday or a spontaneous visit. Thanks to the RUF recipe, blackberries are quick and easy to prepare.
