Instructions for use
Preparation: Decorating tip Cover the cake Knead the fondant until it is soft and elastic. Roll out thinly on a work surface lightly sprinkled with cornmeal. Place the fondant coating on the cake, press down a bit with your hands and trim off the excess. Decorating tip Shaping and cutting Knead the fondant and shape it into strands or cut out patterns. Other preparation tips: For a firmer consistency, knead a little sifted powdered sugar. If the fondant is too hard, you can microwave it for 4-5 seconds at about 800 watts. Spread a thin layer of jam on the cake so that the fondant sticks to the cake. For new colors, combine the fondant with RUF fondants of different colors as desired. Wrap the remaining fondant in an airtight bag and store in a cool place. Knead again before processing.
