It combines a healthy diet and quick preparation. At RUF, oatmeal for porridge is simply crushed and rolled. This makes them naturally soluble and allows you to make a delicious porridge without cooking. Our vegan porridge impresses not only with its fruity flavor of raspberries and strawberries, but also with its high-quality ingredients. We use oatmeal and oatmeal as the base - an oatmeal breakfast that fills you up and gives you a real energy boost. Preparation is child's play: simply add 150 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse and enjoy.

Mode of use

Add: 150ml boiling water How to prepare: 1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup or bowl. 2. Add 150 ml of boiling water. 3. mix well with a spoon and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. 4. Garnish with fruit as desired and enjoy.
