Green Tea, Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, English Breakfast: Take 1 tea bag for a cup. Pour into boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 3-5 minutes. 8 Herbs, Mint, Chamomile, Rooibos, Rosehips, Fruit Selection, Wild Berries: Important Note: Always infuse with boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5-8 minutes! This is the only way to ensure a safe food product!
