Product description
Favorable climatic conditions make cherries grow particularly well in Hungary. They develop a special flavor until they are harvested. When ripe, they are harvested, pitted and dried. In this way, valuable nutrients and the special aroma of cherries are preserved. Cherries can be stored in a dry state for over a year. Even the special flavor is not lost and they can be processed at any time. Bitter cherries can be used in many different ways. They can either be soaked in water like fresh cherries, or used dry as a decoration, tea, garnish in sauces and more.
